Put the flutters on top of each other right sides together and sew the top
Cut the seam allowance of and cut the round with pinking shears, this wil make the rounder more smooth.
Turn the flutters inside out and sew along the bottom edge with the widest sew settings. Make sure you do not tie the ends of.
Sew another line 1 cm from the first line with the same sewing settings. Make sure you do not tie the ends of.
Pin the flutters at the marked places in just the ends.
Gather the flutters so at the needed size so it fits right in the room wanted. And sew the flutters in between the to sewn lines on the fabric.
For the apron you sew the ties on the flutters and you are done!
